Each person subject to KRS 61.710 to 61.780, while holding office or employment, shall file with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance, by March 15 of each year, the written report required by KRS 61.740. Each person who is a candidate for any of the subject offices shall file with the Registry of Election Finance, by March 15 of the year in which he becomes a candidate, the report required by KRS 61.740. Nothing in KRS 61.710 to 61.780 shall be construed to require the filing of more than one
(1)complete report for each subject individual each year, except that each individual shall, in writing, notify the Registry of Election Finance of the acquisition or termination of any interests subject to the requirements of KRS 61.710 to 61.780 by January 1 of each year.
