61.710 Persons subject to KRS 61.710 to 61.780.

(1)KRS 61.710 to 61.780 apply to Justices and Judges of the Court of Justice,
Commonwealth's attorneys, and all candidates for all those offices. KRS 61.710 to
61.780 also apply to a person appointed to a vacancy in an unexpired term of any
office mentioned above.
(2)KRS 61.710 to 61.780 also apply to:
(a)Any employee of a daily newspaper of 50,000 or more circulation published in
Kentucky who either orally, or in writing contributes to the editorial policy of
the newspaper; and
(b)Any employee of a radio or television station that is owned in common with a
newspaper described above who directly or indirectly contributes to the
editorial policy of the station.
