61.699 System's ability to require statements under oath.

(1)Any person, including, but not limited to, members and agency reporting officials,
who makes a statement, report, or representation, shall, at the request of the system,
make the statement, report, or representation under oath with an acknowledgment
that a false statement, report, or representation shall be punishable by law.
(2)Notwithstanding subsection
(1)of this section, the system may, in its discretion,
rely in good faith on any unsworn statement, report, or representation without
further inquiry.
