A court-designated worker shall not:
(1)Issue arrest or search warrants;
(2)Supervise a child following his adjudication when the child is committed to the
cabinet or placed on probation under the supervision of the cabinet or any other
agency or individual;
(3)Perform any clerical work not directly related to required juvenile activities;
(4)Investigate child abuse, neglect, or dependency allegations but shall refer such
actions to the cabinet; or
(5)Dispose of complaints, except as authorized by KRS 605.030 or 635.010.
