533.284 Assessors -- Cabinet to maintain list -- Qualifications.

(1)The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall establish and maintain a list of

approved assessors for each county participating in the pilot program established

under KRS 533.272 to perform clinical assessments; and

(2)No assessor shall be approved unless he or she is a:

(a)Qualified mental health professional as defined under KRS 533.270; and

(b)Medicaid-approved provider or employed by a Medicaid-approved provider.
