528.040 Conspiracy to promote gambling.

(1)A person is guilty of conspiracy to promote gambling when he conspires to advance
or profit from gambling activity.
(2)"Conspire" means to engage in activity constituting a criminal conspiracy as defined
in KRS 506.040.
(3)Conspiracy to promote gambling is a Class D felony.
