514.150 Possession of stolen mail matter.

(1)A person is guilty of possession of stolen mail matter when he knowingly or having

reason to believe that it has been the subject of theft in violation of KRS 514.140:

(a)Possesses;

(b)Buys;

(c)Receives;

(d)Conceals;

(e)Deals in; or

(f)Sells;

any mail matter (as defined in KRS 514.140).

(2)Possession of stolen mail matter is a Class D felony.
