441.105 Reports to fiscal court and department by jailer.

The jailer shall:
(1)Submit a quarterly report to the fiscal court concerning the physical condition of the
jail, the number of jail personnel and personnel needs, and other matters requested
by the fiscal court.
(2)Submit a monthly report to the department in electronic format, on forms supplied
by the department, containing but not limited to the following information on each
prisoner:
(a)The unit of government whose law the prisoner is charged with violating, the
statute or ordinance the prisoner is charged with violating, and whether the
charge is a felony or misdemeanor;
(b)The status of the prisoner, whether pending trial or post conviction;
(c)The age and sex of the prisoner; and
(d)The county responsible for the incarceration of the prisoner.
