Owners or operators of facilities covered under KRS 39E.120 shall identify, within thirty
(30)days of notifying the commission that the facility is subject to this chapter, the name of a facility representative who will work with the local committee in the development of emergency plans, and that person shall provide information necessary to the development of those plans.
