395.350 Emblements -- When personalty and when real estate.

(1)All the emblements of the lands of a person dying after March 1 which are severed
before the following December 31 shall be assets in the hands of his personal
representative.
(2)All the emblements growing on the lands of the deceased on December 31 or at his
death, if that happens after December 31 and before March 1, shall pass with the
land to the heir, devisee, reversioner or remainderman.
