387.135 Powers and duties of limited guardian.

(1)A limited guardian shall have the powers and duties specified in KRS 387.065(1) to
(3).
(2)A limited guardian shall apply any property of the ward made available by the
ward's conservator for the current support, care, and education of the ward.
(3)Any excess property of the ward which is not required for the ward's current needs
shall be paid by the limited guardian to the ward's conservator.
