387.100 Inventory of ward's estate.

(1)A guardian or conservator shall, within sixty
(60)days after appointment, file with
the District Court a true and correct inventory of the ward's real and personal
property and other financial resources, signed by the guardian or conservator and
verified by the affidavit of the guardian or conservator. If other property afterward
comes to the guardian's or conservator's knowledge, the guardian or conservator
shall file a supplementary inventory thereof within sixty
(60)days from the time of
obtaining such knowledge.
(2)The inventory shall describe the real property and where situated, with its probable
value, and the probable value of its rent. It shall include a list of all personal
property, including debts due the ward, with its probable value.
