No person shall obtain a lien under KRS 376.300 or 376.310 unless at all times he keeps posted in prominent places in his receiving office two
(2)notices which shall read as follows: "All articles cleaned, pressed, glazed, laundered, washed, altered or repaired and not called for in 90 days will be sold to pay charges. All articles stored 12 months on which charges have not been paid will be sold to pay charges."
