(1)A crematory authority shall not accept human remains for cremation unless the
human remains are contained within a closed cremation container.
(2)A crematory authority shall not accept for holding a cremation container from
which there is any evidence of leakage of the body fluids from the human remains
therein.
(3)Human remains that are not embalmed may not be held at a crematory that does not
have a refrigerated holding facility.
(4)The crematory authority shall ensure that holding facilities are secure from access
by anyone other than crematory authority personnel.
