Any cemetery company that receives a foundation order shall complete the foundation installation within ninety
(90)days, without discrimination, providing, however, that any delay caused by inclement weather, strike, shortage of materials, civil disorder, natural disaster or any like occurrence beyond the control of such person shall extend the time of such completion by the length of such delay.
