(1)Health spas shall be prohibited from offering specials or discounts unless such
specials or discounts are made in writing and available to all prospective members.
(2)Health spas shall be prohibited from making any material misrepresentation to
current members, prospective members or purchasers of membership contracts
regarding:
(a)Qualifications of staff;
(b)Availability, quality, or extent of facilities or services;
(c)Results obtained through exercise, dieting, or weight control programs;
(d)Rights of membership pursuant to a contract or oral representation; and
(e)Period of time a discount or special offer will be available.
