(1)Any contract which does not comply with the applicable provisions of KRS 367.900
to 367.930 shall be void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy.
(2)Any waiver by a member or purchaser of a contract of any of the provisions of KRS
367.900 to 367.930 shall be deemed void and unenforceable as contrary to public
policy.
