367.478 Registration of seller -- Fee.

(1)Persons offering for sale recreational and retirement use land as defined in KRS
367.472(1) shall register with the Attorney General. The Attorney General, after
ascertaining that the applicant has complied with KRS 367.474, shall issue a
registration number to the person, which must appear in any advertising engaged in
by the registrant to promote recreational and retirement use land sales in Kentucky.
(2)The Attorney General may charge each registrant a fee not to exceed ten dollars
($10), plus such additional fees as the Attorney General finds necessary to cover
any extraordinary investigational costs necessary to investigate the registrant
pursuant to KRS 367.470 to 367.486.
