(1)To the fullest extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States, service of a
subpoena or a demand pursuant to KRS 367.240 and 367.250 may be had in the
manner prescribed by the Kentucky Revised Statutes and the Kentucky Rules of
Civil Procedure.
(2)Personal service of any process, subpoena or investigative demand pursuant to KRS
367.110 to 367.300 may be made upon any person outside of the Commonwealth if
such person has engaged in conduct in violation of KRS 367.110 to 367.300 in the
Commonwealth. Such persons shall be deemed to have thereby submitted
themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth within the
meaning of this section.
