352.470 Certification of map.

(1)The correctness of each map provided for by KRS 352.450 or 352.460 shall be
certified only by a professional engineer or land surveyor registered in Kentucky.
KRS 322.290 requires registrants to practice only in areas of competence. The
certification shall read as follows:
"I, the undersigned, hereby certify that, to the best of my knowledge and
belief, this map is correct, and that all the information required by the mining laws
of this Commonwealth is set out within, and covers the period ending ...., ....
Certifying Agent
Acknowledged before me, a ...., this .... .... day of .....
............................
....................SEAL"
(2)The commissioner may reject any map as incomplete if its accuracy is not so
attested.
