(1)The cabinet is authorized and empowered to receive and accept from the
Commonwealth or any of its agencies and from federal agencies, appropriations or
grants to accomplish the purposes of this chapter, and to receive and accept aid or
contributions from any source of either money, property, labor or any other things
of value, to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
(2)All funds available or paid to the cabinet under this chapter shall be placed in the
State Treasury and credited pursuant to the terms of the appropriation, grant, aid or
contribution.
