343.090 Public policy as to apprenticeship and on-the-job training.

(1)It is the public policy of this state to foster, encourage, and develop interest and
training in manual and industrial arts, and to encourage the entrance into voluntary
agreements of apprenticeship and on-the-job training which will equip workers for
profitable employment.
(2)Any contracts or practices which tend to stifle the opportunity as set forth in
subsection
(1)of this section are contrary to the public policy of this state.
