336.075 Reports of human trafficking -- Immunity.

(1)The cabinet shall report all incidents of human trafficking as defined in KRS
529.010 about which the cabinet knows or has reasonable cause to believe within
twenty-four
(24)hours to a local law enforcement agency or the Department of
Kentucky State Police, and the appropriate Commonwealth's attorney or county
attorney.
(2)Anyone acting upon reasonable cause in the making of a report under subsection
of this section in good faith shall have immunity from any liability, civil or
criminal, that might otherwise be incurred or imposed.
