334.050 Qualifications of applicant for licensure.

An applicant for licensure under this section shall pay a fee established by the board by the promulgation of an administrative regulation and shall show to the board that he:
(1)Is a person of good moral character;
(2)Is twenty-one
(21)years of age or older;
(3)Has a minimum of a high school diploma or a general education development
certificate;
(4)Is a citizen of the United States or has status as a legal alien;
(5)Is free of contagious or infectious disease; and
(6)Has completed the apprenticeship requirements of the formal education as provided
by KRS 334.090.
