329A.075 Notification of board.

(1)A licensee shall notify the board in writing within thirty
(30)days of:
(a)Any material change in the information previously furnished or required to be
furnished to the board;
(b)Any occurrence that could reasonably be expected to affect the licensee's right
to a license under KRS 329A.010 to 329A.090, including but not limited to
any criminal charges placed against the licensee or employees of the licensee;
(c)Any change in insurance coverage required under KRS 329A.035; and
(d)Any claims, judgments, or settlements against the licensee, the licensee's
employees, or the licensee's insurance company.
(2)An investigative company shall notify the board in writing within thirty
(30)days of
any criminal charges filed against an investigator employed by or affiliated with the
company.
