329A.030 Revolving fund.

(1)All fees and other moneys received by the board pursuant to the provisions of KRS
329A.010 to 329A.090 shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a
revolving fund for the use of the board.
(2)No part of this revolving fund shall revert to the general fund of this
Commonwealth.
(3)The revolving fund may be used to pay for:
(a)The compensation and reimbursement of board members for actual and
necessary expenses incurred in the performance of official duties;
(b)The compensation of all of the employees of the board;
(c)Those operational and capital expenses incurred in fulfilling the board's duties
as described in KRS 329A.010 to 329A.090 and in administrative regulations;
and
(d)The development or sponsorship of at least six
(6)hours of continuing
education courses annually, to be conducted in various areas of the state.
