326.080 Renewal of licenses.

(1)A license to practice ophthalmic dispensing shall be renewed each year by the
payment of a fee which shall be established by administrative regulation
promulgated by the board, unless the license has been suspended or revoked by the
board.
(2)Effective January 1, 1996, as a prerequisite for license renewal, licensees shall
provide adequate proof that they have obtained at least six
(6)hours of continuing
education credits, approved by the board, during the previous twelve
(12)months.
