As used in this chapter:
(1)"Authority" means the Kentucky Real Estate Authority;
(2)"Cabinet" means the Public Protection Cabinet;
(3)"Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Professional
Licensing;
(4)"Department" means the Department of Professional Licensing;
(5)"Division" means the Division of Real Property Boards; and
(6)"Executive director" means the executive director of the Kentucky Real Estate
Authority.
