324A.025 Chairman of board -- Meetings.

(1)The board shall elect a chairman each year at the first meeting called after
appointment of new members. A majority of the board shall constitute a
quorum and may exercise all powers and duties established by the provisions
of KRS 324A.020.
(2)The board shall meet at least once each calendar quarter.
