323A.060 Fees established by administrative regulation.

(1)The board shall promulgate administrative regulations to establish the following

fees:

(a)Application fee;

(b)Reinstatement fee;

(c)Reactivation fee;

(d)Renewal fees for active, inactive, and retired licensees; and

(e)Duplicate license fee.

(2)The fees as established by administrative regulation shall be paid to the board, and

shall not be refunded in whole or in part.
