323A.040 Qualifications for license.

Every applicant for licensure as a landscape architect shall:
(1)Be at least twenty-one
(21)years of age;
(2)Be a graduate of an accredited landscape architecture curriculum approved by the
board;
(3)Pass a national examination as prescribed by the board;
(4)Submit a completed application as provided by the board through the promulgation
of administrative regulations;
(5)Pay the required fees; and
(6)Document at least two
(2)years of experience related to the practice of professional
landscape architecture under the supervision of a licensed landscape architect,
engineer, or architect, within five
(5)years prior to submitting the application for
licensure.
