322.070 Application for licenses.

Applications for professional engineer or professional land surveyor licenses shall be on forms prescribed and furnished by the board and shall contain:
(1)Statements made under oath, showing the applicant's education and a detailed
summary of the applicant's technical experience;
(2)Not less than five
(5)references, of which at least three
(3)shall be from
professional engineers or professional land surveyors, as may be appropriate, having
personal knowledge of the applicant's engineering or land surveying experience; and
(3)Any other information as the board may require by administrative regulation. References and employment verifications submitted under this section shall remain confidential records of the board.
