321.203 Veterinary facilities -- Registration.

(1)Each veterinary facility and allied animal health professional facility registered with
the board shall submit a completed renewal application by the renewal deadline and
pay a biennial renewal fee for the renewal of the registration.
(2)A veterinary facility or AAHP facility with an expired registration may have its
registration reinstated upon submission of a completed reinstatement application
and payment of a reinstatement fee to the board.
(3)A suspended veterinary facility registration or AAHP facility registration is subject
to expiration and termination and shall be renewed as provided in this chapter.
Renewal or reinstatement shall not entitle the registrant to allow the practice of
veterinary medicine or AAHP practice on the premises or from the mobile facility
until the suspension has ended or is otherwise removed by the board and the right to
operate or practice is restored by the board.
(4)A revoked registration is subject to expiration or termination but may not be
renewed. If it is reinstated, the credential holder shall pay the reinstatement fee to
the board.
(5)A veterinary facility or AAHP facility that fails to reinstate its registration within
five
(5)years after its expiration or termination shall not have it renewed, restored,
reissued, or reinstated. A veterinary facility or AAHP facility may apply for and
obtain a new registration by meeting the requirements of this chapter.
(6)The board may require that a veterinary facility or AAHP facility applying for
renewal or reinstatement of registration show evidence of completion of continuing
education by the veterinarian manager, AAHP manager, or registered responsible
party as prescribed by administrative regulation promulgated by the board.
