319A.200 Appeals from orders of the board.

Any person aggrieved by an order of the board denying, suspending or revoking his license may appeal to the Franklin Circuit Court within thirty
(30)days after entry of said order, for appropriate relief. On such appeal the scope of review shall be limited to an examination of the record of the board's action for the purpose of determining whether the board abused its discretion. The appellant shall furnish the court with a properly certified transcript of any evidence heard by the board, and the court may refuse to review any findings of fact made by the board unless such a transcript is filed within sixty
(60)days after the filing of the appeal.
