318.077 Review and comment on amendments to code -- Appeals.

(1)No amendment of the code or any other related administrative regulation shall
be promulgated by the department without the prior review and comment of the
Housing, Buildings and Construction Advisory Committee under the
requirements of KRS 198B.030(8).
(2)Any person aggrieved by any administrative regulation or amendment thereto
promulgated by the department, within thirty
(30)days after the action has
become final, may appeal to the Circuit Court. For the purposes of this
subsection, "persons aggrieved" shall include any person directly or indirectly
injured or threatened with injury on account of any administrative regulation or
amendment thereto promulgated by the department, whether or not that person
was a party to the proceedings out of which the order administrative regulation,
or amendment arose.
