312.018 Practice without license prohibited -- Exceptions.

(1)No person shall engage or attempt to engage in the practice of chiropractic or hold
himself out to be a doctor of chiropractic in Kentucky unless licensed in accordance
with the provisions of this chapter.
(2)The provisions of subsection
(1)of this section shall not apply to volunteer health
practitioners providing services under KRS 39A.350 to 39A.366.
(3)Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent a student of chiropractic from
engaging in clinical practice under the supervision of a licensed chiropractor as part
of the student's educational program.
