The board shall, through the promulgation of administrative regulations, set appropriate fees and penalties for:
(1)The application process;
(2)Verification of qualifications;
(3)Issuance and renewal of licenses for advanced imaging professionals, medical
imaging technologists, radiographers, radiation therapists, nuclear medicine
technologists, and limited X-ray machine operators;
(4)Duplicate licenses;
(5)Home study courses for limited X-ray machine operators;
(6)Late renewals or reinstatements;
(7)Violations;
(8)Checks issued on accounts with insufficient funds; and
(9)Any other actions as deemed appropriate by the board.
