Any person licensed or certified by the board shall, within thirty
(30)days of entry of the final judgment, notify the office of the board in writing of any misdemeanor or felony criminal conviction in this Commonwealth or any other jurisdiction. Upon learning of any failure to notify the office of the board under this section, the office of the board may initiate an action for immediate temporary suspension under this chapter until the person submits the required notification.
