The State Board of Podiatry is authorized in its sound discretion to:
(1)Enter into reciprocal agreements with podiatry examining boards of other states,
having qualifications and standards at least as high as those of this state, providing
for reciprocal licensure without further examination of persons who have been duly
licensed upon written examination. Approval of such agreements by the Governor,
or any other officer or agency of this state, shall not be required.
(2)Issue podiatry licenses by reciprocity or endorsement, and without further
examination, to persons who have been duly licensed upon written examination in
another state having qualifications and standards at least as high as those of this
state, or who have successfully passed an examination conducted by the National
Board of Podiatry Examiners.
