(1)Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or who seeks to be certified
or is certified under false pretenses or as a result of fraudulent information, shall be
guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(2)In addition, any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of
violating KRS 367.170 of the Consumer Protection Act and shall be subject to
injunction and any other penalties provided for in KRS Chapter 367.
