309.422 Providing home medical equipment and services without license -- Penalty.

(1)A person who engages in the business of providing home medical equipment and
services and who is required to be licensed under KRS 309.412 or 309.420 and who
knowingly provides home medical equipment and services without a license issued
by the board commits a Class A misdemeanor.
(2)Each day a violation of this section continues constitutes a separate offense.
