(1)The commissioner shall collect and pay into the State Treasury the following fees
relative to assessment or cooperative fire insurance companies:
(a)For filing a copy of articles of incorporation of the company, $10;
(b)For filing annual statement of the company, $10; and
(c)For filing papers and keeping records on change of territory, $5.
(2)No other charges than those provided in this section shall be made against
assessment or cooperative fire insurance companies by the Department of Insurance
unless agreed to by the respective companies.
