281A.030 On-line automated computer record keeping system.

(1)The Transportation Cabinet shall, as expeditiously as practicable, develop and
maintain an on-line automated computer record keeping system having as a
minimum, the capabilities and functions described or needed as set forth in this
chapter. The cabinet shall be responsible for acquisition and installation of such
equipment or services as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
(2)The Transportation Cabinet shall have the full responsibility and authority for the
day-to-day administration of the automated system. All state government agencies,
political subdivisions, and other agencies, including circuit clerks or third-party
testing agencies affected by this system, shall cooperate with the Transportation
Cabinet in the use and implementation of the automated system.
