27A.370 Court disposition level relating to counsel.

The court disposition level of the system shall consist of at least the following information as relates to counsel:

(1)Did the defendant have counsel;

(2)Did the defendant retain private counsel;

(3)Was counsel provided by the public advocate;

(4)If counsel was provided by the public advocate:

(a)Was reimbursement sought;

(b)What was the amount of reimbursement sought;

(c)What was the amount of reimbursement paid; and

(d)What amount was recovered from bail money;

(5)Did the defendant have more than one

(1)counsel; if so, the number of counsel.
