The Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described in this section are delivered to him for filing:

(3)Restatement of articles of organization ..........................................................$ 40.00
(4)Amendment and restatement of articles of organization ...............................$ 80.00
(5)Articles of dissolution with respect to a domestic
limited liability company ................................................................................$ 40.00
(6)Articles of merger ..........................................................................................$ 50.00
(7)Articles of correction .....................................................................................$ 20.00
(8)Articles of share exchange .............................................................................$ 50.00
(9)Any other document required or permitted to be
filed by this chapter ........................................................................................$ 15.00
