267.550 Fiscal court to control improvements made by general taxation -- Use.

Nothing in this chapter shall deprive any fiscal court of its jurisdiction and control over any levee, ditch or drain established or constructed by authority of the fiscal court, payment for which was or is made by general taxation or out of the public revenue of the county. Any such drain may be utilized as an outlet for any improvement established under this chapter. The fiscal court may delegate to the board of drainage commissioners control over any levee, ditch or drain so established by it, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between them.
The agreement shall be written, approved by the fiscal court and the board of drainage commissioners, and recorded upon the minutes of the proceedings of both bodies.
