262.220 Election for supervisors -- County clerk's duties.

The county clerk shall cause the names of all nominees on behalf of whom nominating petitions have been filed under KRS 262.210 to be prepared for presentation to the voters in the regular elections as provided in KRS 117.145. In counties encompassing more than one
(1)soil and water conservation district, where portions of more than one
(1)district are within the boundaries of a single voting precinct, separate votes shall be taken for the election of supervisors. The election of soil and water conservation district supervisors shall be subject to the provisions of KRS Chapter 118 for the conduct of regular elections, except that the cost of placing the names of the nominees before the voters shall be borne by the commission.
