261.270 Scales to be certified and tested.

All scales used in stockyards or buying stations shall be certified. The scales shall be tested at least every six
(6)months by a scale agency approved by the department. Certification of the scales shall be exhibited before issuance or renewal of any stockyard or buying station license.
