260.811 Records to be kept by licensees.

(1)Every licensee shall keep complete records, as defined in KRS 260.775, for a period
of two
(2)years.
(2)Each licensed location shall keep records of all its transactions at the location.
(3)All records shall be accessible for inspection by the director during customary
business hours.
