(1)Every permit holder shall keep complete records as defined in KRS 250.021 to 250.

(2)years and shall keep or arrange to have kept a file sample
of seed for a period of at least one
(1)year after final disposition of the seed. All
records and samples shall be accessible for inspection by the director during
customary business hours.
(2)Every person registered as a retail agricultural seed dealer, or noncertified custom
seed conditioner shall keep and maintain records for a period of two

registrant's address. All records shall be accessible for inspection by the director
during customary business hours.
